1. What sizes do you offer?
Big Guy Tie Dye specializes in creating tie-dye clothing for all body types. I typically carry sizes from Small to 4XL. As a big and tall person myself, I can source shirts in the tall size range and above 4XL upon request. The goal is to make vibrant, comfortable tie-dye styles that fit all bodies. If you don’t see your size listed, please feel free to reach out—I'll do my best to accommodate you!
2. Can I customize my tie-dye design?
Yes! Custom designs are available upon request. Whether you're looking for a specific color combination, a custom message, or a unique graphic, feel free to get in touch. I'll work with you to create the perfect design. Additionally, if you'd like to provide your own garment for dyeing, you're welcome to do so! Please note that the garment must be made from natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, or rayon). The dye I use does not bond well with synthetic fibers like polyester. Custom orders may take a little longer, so please allow extra time for production.
3. How do I care for my Big Guy Tie Dye shirt?
To keep your Big Guy Tie Dye shirt looking its best, follow these simple care instructions:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve the vibrant colors.
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can affect the fabric and the tie-dye design.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The typical turnaround time for standard orders is less than 5 business days, plus shipping time. Custom orders will take longer depending on the complexity of the design. I will keep in contact with you thru out the making of the custom order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
5. What materials are used in your products?
All Big Guy Tie Dye items are made from high-quality natural fabric. The materials are breathable and comfortable, making them perfect for all-day wear. Professional-grade dyes are used to ensure bold, long-lasting colors, and all fabrics are free from polyester.
6. Do you ship internationally?
I am happy to work with you if you're interested in having your order shipped outside of the U.S. Please send me an email, and I'll help figure out the best way to get your items to you.
7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Big Guy Tie Dye wants you to be happy with your purchase! Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom orders are not eligible for returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, I’ll work with you to resolve it. Please contact me directly to initiate a return or exchange.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations, so you can share the gift of tie-dye with friends and family. Gift cards can be used for any purchase on the website, including custom orders. If you’d like a gift card in a denomination not listed on the website, feel free to email me, and I’ll be happy to assist.
